Adult Nurse
Tiffany Upton-Stanley is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Adult Nurse with nearly a decade of nursing experience and over 20 years of working in healthcare. Her extensive background spans a range of roles, including Care Assistant in residential care homes, Health Care Assistant across various hospital wards, and most recently, in advanced nursing roles within the NHS.
Tiffany earned her BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of Northampton in 2016, graduating with a 2:1. Alongside her studies, she pursued a passion for inclusivity and communication by undertaking British Sign Language training, achieving Level 2 certification in partnership with the university’s School of Health. She began her nursing career in a busy A&E department, where she quickly progressed to the role of Junior Sister. It was here she encountered a diverse patient population, including members of the Deaf community, which further strengthened her commitment to accessible and inclusive care. Following her time in emergency care, Tiffany took on a senior leadership position as a Senior Sister within a Community Rapid Response Team.
In this role, she was responsible for acute assessments, complex clinical decision-making, and supporting patients in their homes. She has continued to develop her management and leadership capabilities through ongoing professional development and participation in formal leadership training courses. Tiffany brings a strong blend of frontline clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep commitment to holistic, patient-centred care.
